My flight was cancelled due to COVID 19, what are my rights ?

As COVID-19 pandemic is considered an “extraordinary case” there is no right to claim compensation in general but passengers can claim cancellation compensation because of Corona when:

• Airlines cancel flights for their financial reasons
• There are no border restrictions by country of departure ose destination
• No official travel restriction is published
• Passengers were informed of the cancellation less than 14 days before departure
